Elizabeth Seeley assists clients in finding creative solutions which meet their individual needs and objectives. She advises LLC's, partnerships and other closely held business entities in a wide range of formative and operational matters, including which entity to choose, capital requirements and configurations, contract reviews, and commercial, industrial, and residential real estate matters. In addition, she assists individuals in the preparation of estate plans and with financial planning and money management.
Liz Seeley has represented commercial real estate developers and financial institutions in connection with credit facilities and in mortgage and asset-based lending transactions. Active in the community, Attorney Seeley is a member of the Bridgeport Rotary Club where she was in the first group of women admitted. She has received the Paul Harris Fellow award and was recently chosen as Rotarian of the Year. Her interest in business is long-lived; she was one of the first women to graduate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
